What You'd Do

Own the production pipeline. Sprints, milestones, deliverables.
Run standups, unblock bottlenecks.
Manage the budget. Cost tracking, burn rate, forecasting.
Coordinate between engineering, animation, art and design.
QA oversight. Builds go out tested.
Report directly to the founder.

In essence a creative head of product not a monotonous manager.

Requirements

5+ years producing games
Shipped at least one mobile or console title where you owned production
Managed remote/distributed teams and contractors
Comfortable with budgets, burn rates, cost tracking
Basic Unity literacy
Agile/Kanban experience

Nice to Have

F2P / mobile monetization experience
Fighting game or competitive multiplayer background
Small team experience (<10 people)
